On 31st August 2022, Margdarshak Advisory organized its first ever masterclass titled “BE CORPORATE READY”. This session focused on preparing the interns and students for the corporate world. The speaker for the session was Mr. Rajeev Goswami who is an industry expert with 36 years of experience in the corporate world, he retired as assistant vice-president from Shriram Group (USHA).
The session was a very informative one explaining to the interns the ground realities of the corporate life, the chain of command, the journey and how to navigate through the professional framework, tips for a successful corporate career. Mr. Goswami also shared a bit about his journey and experiences. He also talked about the opportunities that the corporate field provide us with and how to tactfully handle the challenges.
The session was concluded with a Q/A interactive session with the students. The students also made suggestions regarding future sessions that they might be interested in.
