Electronic Publishing (Morgan Stanley): Research report of companies financial performance published in various online platforms like Bloomberg, Markets etc. for registered investors of those platforms to make easy investment decisions. I managed the team who would proof read the reports for errors/inconsistencies in price target, earnings, report format etc. The challenge in this job was to ensure timely publication of the reports as instructed by the analysts, wherein it cannot be a minute earlier or a minute later. As these reports are used by clients to make investment decisions to buy or sell stocks for respective companies, hence report publication timelines need to be strictly adhered to.
Global Institutional Client Reference Data (Goldman Sachs): It is the process of onboarding an institutional client (e.g. Blackrock, PIMCO, LGIM etc.) into the system to enable trading in a specific market. Onboarding process involved creating a trading account and updating market instructions to the accounts for stock exchanges. I managed both the AML/KYC and the Onboarding team.
