Aditya Jain

Graduated in 2016 with a major in Chemical Science and a minor in Product Design from IIT Guwahati, Aditya Jain has had a knack to work only with homegrown startups since the beginning of his career. He has served in various roles to build businesses from the ground up in North East India and holds an experience of setting up operations in all 7 states. Having worked in hospitality for close to 2 years, Aditya is currently serving as the Director of Regional Operations in LoadShare Networks - a series B funded full-stack tech-driven logistics startup. He feels that making e-commerce available in the most underserved clusters of the region has had a major positive impact. Maneuvering through geographical nuances and respecting regional sentiments, in his opinion, has been the key to building the logistical infrastructure and generating means of livelihood in this sector. His expertise lies in operations management, process optimization, analytics and team-building among other things.
