Dr. SUMAN JYOTI DEKA

I am Dr. Suman Jyoti Deka, hailing from Assam, India, and co-founder of SPICENATURA FOODTECH LLP. Currently, I am serving as Director of SPICENATURA FOODTECH LLP. I completed my PhD in cancer biology from IIT Guwahati and also served as lecturer (contractual) in NIT, Arunachal Pradesh for the period 2017-2019.  Besides having expertise in cancer drug development, herbal phytochemical extraction during my PhD, I discovered within myself that I had a keen interest in food technology, as I had also earlier completed my B.Tech in Biotechnology and food technology was a part of it. So, SPICENATURA FOODTECH LLP was born on November 2019 with its office in Dispur, Last Gate, Guwahati.

At SPICENATURA, we make innovative, unique, authentic and naturally processed spice blends without any adulterants or artificial flavoring agents under the brand “Laajawab”. The brand primarily focusses on developing unique spice blends prepared especially from North-East Indian variety of spices. All our products have active traction and received very positive feedback from our customer base. We are looking forward to expand our market all over India in the upcoming years.
