Pranab Baruah

Pranab Baruah is the Co- Founder of The Search Partner – a recruitment firm based in Delhi catering to retail and Consumer clients pan India after spending about 12 yrs working with few search firms in Delhi. Prior to this he started his career as a Tea Taster in Guwahati and then started his own venture of distributorship of Lubricants in Assam and Meghalaya.

Always interested in entrepreneurship and helping entrepreneurs achieve their objectives, he is also socially active and heads an NGO Bordoisila Foundation based in Delhi focusing in Assam and the NE states in the healthcare field.

His expertise is in setting up the business with the right kind of people and giving operational guidelines of various departments of the venture. He is a firm believer in the immense potential of the youth.
