I have about 7+ years of work experience in various sectors like Telecom, Agri & Allied, and Startups. At present, I am working at Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) as Project Lead - Incubation. During my tenure at IIE, we have successfully conducted the North East Region Entrepreneurship and Startup Summit (NERES 1.0) under the sponsorship of North Eastern Council (NEC). During the summit, 30 best ideas were selected through a 3-tier process and received a startup grant of Rs 5 Lakhs each. Later, these 30 entrepreneurs were also supported with mentoring and handholding services for 6 months.

Before joining IIE, I was working as an Assistant Manager (Marketing) at NERAMAC (North Eastern Regional Agricultura Marketing Corporation) Ltd. where I got the opportunity to connect with the Agri Entrepreneurs in the region (NER)

Prior to NERAMAC, I also worked in a Startup - Vantage Circle in Guwahati as the Marketing and Operations Manager where I was involved in various marketing-related activities along with day-to-day operations including managing the customer queries. During my tenure, I worked with various clients like Deloitte, Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Pinelabs, etc.
