I am an MSW and have 11 years experience in rural and urban society in different sectors like community development, microfinance sector, Sales and marketing, Entrepreneur development and Enterprise promotion etc. At present Chairman and Founder Director of NEFSA Agro Organic Producer Company Limited.before registering this venture  Worked as a Program Manager at Purbanchal Maitri Development Society an NGO major focussing part was community mobilization and training. Worked as a branch manager of Arohan Micro Finance Services Private Limited.
Worked as a Project Manager at Diya Foundation where led 4 Agri.and allied based projects funded by Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT), National Foundation for India (NFI), Paul Hamlin Foundation (London) and handloom project supported by Usha Pvt. Ltd.
